Rally Information
What is a Rally?
Rallys are group lessons, of upto 6 members. They can be Flatwork or Pole works (No jumping) Gridwork (Jumping exercises) Show Jumping (Jumping) XC (Cross country) or Fun ones like Pony Club Games or Musical Rides
All rallies are organised in similar age groups, Minis- OAPC, and then sometimes we select jumping rallies by a height ie must be happy jumping 60cm. This means you will be with those of a similar ability to you.
Booking Rallies
We now only take on-line rally bookings through the Button on the Rally page
Unpaid Rally Fees
If your name appears in Red, The rally booking system failed to complete the payment.
You can either rebook another place but if the rally is FULL or you can no longer enter the rally. Please use the “Unpaid Rally Fees” at the bottom of the rally booking page, just select the amount you owe and input the date of the rally. Then make a new payment
Reserve List
When all places at rally have been filled it shows. “All Places on this rally have been taken” Email wilton@pcuk.org and ask to be put on the Reserve List. There are often spaces that come available in the last 48 hrs, so please put on the email how much notice you need, to come to the rally. Also give details of the member and pony they will be riding.
Groups & Times
Times will be posted on the Rally page, at least 3 days before. But usually before than. It is your responsibility to find your times
Rally Credits
If you are unable to attend a rally with a valid reason, lame pony etc.. and we can fill your space from the Reserve list
A Rally Credit will be issued by email, with a Ref No, when you would like to book into another rally. Email wilton@pcuk.org with your child & ponies details and the include the Really Credit number.
