Rides
The Branch is split into six rides.
Each ride has a Ride Representative who helps organises Rallies (mounted & dismounted instruction) throughout the year. Ride Reps. are parents of Branch members like yourself, please help them with their job by booking your place at rallies as early as possible. If you have any ideas of rallies or activities you would like to do, let them know.
We split our rallies up into 6 age groups, there is always some cross over, but a rough guide
White Ride
Under 10 years on lead rein

White Rallies are always Fun. They range from Mounted Rallies in an Arena, Musical Ride, Introduction to Jumping, dismounted Badge (Care) and lots more. As well as Hacks and Visits.
Green Ride
8 – 11 years old (off lead rein) preparing for D & D+ test

Green Rallies include Flatwork, Exercises with Poles, Gridwork, Show Jumping and Cross Country. All Jumping rallies are split into either Pony height or height the combination are happy jumping
Purple Ride
11 – 14 years old preparing for C test

Purple Rallies include Flatwork, Exercises with Poles, Gridwork, Show Jumping and Cross Country. All Jumping rallies are split into either Pony height or height the combination are happy jumping
Pink Ride
14-16 years old preparing for C+

Pink Rallies include Flatwork and Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country. All Jumping rallies are split into either Pony height or height the combination are happy jumping
Red Ride
16-18 years old preparing for B

Blue Ride
Over 18 years old and with B test
